Antenatal.
Prepares you ready for your birth, from labor education to pregnancy support and newborn preparation and feeding advice.
£38 per hour (in person)
£20 per hour (virtual)

Birth.
Free consultation, Birth and postnatal education sessions, and birth plan/wishes.
Supporting you virtually throughout your labor, birth & untill mum & baby are settled after birth.
I will be on call for you from 37 weeks.
+ Continuous "doula in your pocket" messaging service from when you get in touch to 6 weeks after birth with extra feeding support.
From £450
Postpartum.
Supporting you and your new baby with breast/bottle feeding, after birth recovery, emotional wellbeing & over night sessions.
Or simply, with you for company, baby to be in safe hands whilst you sleep or take that well earned bath/ self care appointment or driving you and baby to any appointments whilst your off the road.
Hidden extra- 'Mummys Pamper' with your new baby in arms Hair treatment, scalp massage and blow dry to support postpartum hair loss. POC.

Feeding Support
Supporting you on your feeding journey only.
Booked in hourly sessions of your choice.
Antenatal breast or/and bottle feeding education session

Current feeding support- pre bookable or availability depending I'm on call to come to you at the hospital/home immediately after birth or during your postnatal time at home to help support any feeding worries.
Helping support breast feeding latch, positioning, feeding in public, after c section feeding, night feeding, milk storage.

Doula in your pocket.
Reliable, relaxed 'whenever you need me' messaging/call service from 28 weeks gestation ( approx 7 months) to 4 weeks after birth.
This service answers any questions/worries, saving you that conflicting Google advice or reassuring you about that birth story you over heard in the supermarket.. the isit Braxton hicks? or is it labor?.. a reassuring voice that gets you through those, is babies latch okay? or that please burp frustration! Providing friendly yet professional company and comfort throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences.

Planned C section support
Supporting you in person before, during & after your c section.
Know exactly what to expect before you attend your c section day and what to have in your hospital bag. Im that friendly, supportive, experienced face keeping the calm during the wait to your c section birth, optional wether myself or your birthing partner accompany you during the c section itself, either way, I'm there after to support with anything you may need, helping you care for baby, feeding positioning, first shower/ walk, reassurance your new precious baby is cared for whilst you sleep etc.
Over night stays in the hospital is also optional whilst your birth partner goes home to attend to other siblings etc. POC

Adoption/surrogate support.
Helping you prepare mentally & physically for your new arrival,
Support with preparing your home.
Education on feeding, sleep, bonding & more.
(From when you feel ready, up to 6 weeks after your settled home with your baby/child)
Specailing in new born support especially, up to one years old.
